As the lead web developer for this major women's shoe brand, I developed a custom shopping cart system and created a host of administrative tools that allow for rapid update of site content and online inventory management. The site also allow visitors to interact directly with the company through a variety of unique marketing tools from a referrer incentive program to 'send to a friend' and 'rate this shoe' features to polls and online contests. The cart and its peripherals are also used for the sites of sub-brands, On Your Feet Shoes and Vintage Laundry.

The redeveloped site saw a dramatic increase in sales, traffic and positive customer feedback following its launch in November 2002.
